Welcome to Loraine's stitchandcrafts.com, the online version of my New England shop, Loraine's Stitch 'n' Crafts, where we offer classes, materials, and machines for quilting, sewing, cross stitch, embroidery, needlepoint and other needlecrafts.

We have a wide assortment of handmade quilts/quilted items, quilt patterns, gifts, fabric, yarn, and books for sale. We also sell customized quilts, made to order. Please call for more information.

The idea for my shop, which is located in historic Rehoboth, Massachusetts, started in March of 1989. Dear Husband started renting a store on Route 44 in Rehoboth, and he asked me, "What are you going to do with the rest of the space? I only need half of the 600 square feet."

18 years and 4 moves later I am now located in my own 1800 foot store just 1/2 mile down Route 44 from the original location.

Although the space may have changed, the vision has not. The vision is to help people find fun, relaxation and friendship through old pastimes such as quilting, sewing, cross stitch, embroidery, needlepoint and other needlecrafts. The challenge is to be able to share this love of needlework with people of all ages and let them find their favorite.
